How does it work?
Upload one photo of your pet. We check that it’s actually an animal, then two different artists each draw a funny doodle version. You’ll see both as free previews. Unlocking a portrait for $4.99 lets you download either take — or both — in full resolution.
What photos can I upload?
JPEG, PNG, WebP, and iPhone HEIC files up to 15 MB, one at a time. A clear, well-lit photo where your pet is the main subject gives the best doodle.
Why was my photo turned away?
Pet Doodle only draws pets and animals. Photos of people, objects, food, screenshots, or landscapes are politely declined. If you think an animal photo was rejected by mistake, try a clearer shot where the animal is front and center.
The drawings look rough and a little wonky — is that a bug?
Nope, that’s the whole point. Pet Doodle is built for charmingly clumsy, hand-drawn ink doodles, not polished portraits. Wobbly lines and funny proportions are the style.
Can I get a different result?
Every pet gets exactly two takes — one from each artist — and there are no free re-rolls. Two independent takes give you a better shot at a keeper than redrawing the same one. You can always upload a different photo for a fresh pair.
How long can I download my portrait?
Before you buy, a portrait is kept for about 6 hours. Once you purchase, your portrait and download link stay available for 7 days — plenty of time to grab both takes. If you lose access within that window, email us with your Stripe receipt and we’ll help.
How do payments and receipts work?
Payments are handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe emails you a receipt for every purchase.
Refunds?
Because you can preview both takes for free before paying, and downloads are delivered instantly, purchases are generally final. That said, if a download failed or something went genuinely wrong, email asterstudio9@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.
What happens to my photo?
Your photo is used only to draw your doodle and is not kept afterward. See our Privacy Policy for the details.
